Narrative In response to an Aboriginal attack on the station, 'a lot of Stockmen mustered to fight them with swords and guns they charged the blacks on horseback shooting and cutting them down as they fled. A few of the whites were wounded but none killed. About forty of the blacks were slain inlcuding one of the Chiefs' (Milliss 1980: 70) Carried out by at least 10 armed stockmen.
