Biography
Probably Lucy Phillimore (1850-1931), writer, secretary to Mrs Gladstone, mentioned (is this the same person?) in Octavia Wilberforce's autobiography as instrumental in her being sent to school. Her correspondence with her family is in Hampshire Record Office. But there was at least one other Lucy Phillimore with whom confusion is possible.
