Biography
Zachary Mudge was first cousin of the Rev. John Yonge, their mothers being sisters named Anne (Grainger) Yonge and Jane (Grainger) Mudge. His father was Admiral Zachary Mudge (1770–1852). CMY describes visiting the elderly admiral and his wife in Coleridge, Life, 91.
