Biography
She was the wife of George Collins (b. 1818/9), of the Post Office, Otterbourne, groom and gardener, and mother of George (b. 1839/40), Charles (b.1840/1), Olive (b.1841/2), Elizabeth (Bessie) who was one of Mary Anne Dyson's pupils, and Anne (b. 1846/7). [1861 census] It is not unlikely that she was also the person, referred to only as Martha, who worked in Misselbrook's shop.
