She was known as Delia Garstin. For her connection with Cordelia Garstin (d.1791), who had been the first wife of FMY’s father, see Coleridge, Life, 33. She was the daughter of John Bradstreet Garstin of Wakering Hall, Essex and Mary Ketchum of New Brunswick. She died in Exeter [LG 1871 Garstin]
