Biography
Daughter of the 5th Lord Dynevor, wife from 1855of the Rev. James Gerald Joyce (1819-1878), Rector of Stratfield Saye, she was a founding associate of the GFS, and president of the United British Women’s Emigration Association, 1888. She was Hon. Sec. of the GFS Emigration Department and was awarded the CBE in 1920. She lived with her son the Rev. Arthur Joyce (b. 1856), Rector of Winnall, at St. John’s Croft, Winchester, from 1887.
