Biography
Lady Cecil Talbot (1808-1877) had married (1831) the 7th Marquess of Lothian (1794-1841). She must be the referred to as her son did not marry until 1857. She paid for one of the windows in Hursley Church. She became a Roman Catholic in June 1851, taking with her all her children except the eldest son [ODNB; Moor, Guide to Hursley 15 ]
