Dear Mr Wodehouse

I shall be delighted to see another story of Miss Gordon’s.2 I am in hopes that her icelandic one will appear in the Packet in February or March, and indeed I was thinking of writing to ask where she was that I might send her the proofs, it is indeed a long time since we have met, and as my brother and sister have gone out and left us their cavalry, we are meditating driving to Easton some day, when we might bring home the MS. Would you or Lady Elinor be so kind as to let us know whether we should find you at home if we presented ourselves at luncheon the first fine day next week?

Yours very truly
C M Yonge
