I well remember the day you spent here five years ago, and all I have heard of you from the Colborne family.
I am afraid though that it is not of much use for your friend to send me a fairy tale of any length, as I have rather an overflow on my hands of the lighter department and I cannot put in anything of that sort of many pages or of long continuance. I am afraid therefore that sending it would only lead to disappointment
