My dear Selina

The Old Solitary Wasp has been excited to write out some recollections of this county in verse which may amuse some of the young Busy Bees.

I enclose my subscription, hoping it is right, but I am not sure

1With envelope addressed to Miss Moor/ Ampfield Vicarage/ Romsey and postmarked 28 November 1879. Selina Moor (b. 1859/60) was the daughter of the Rev. John Frewen Moor. Probably she was the editor of a parish magazine.
