MS Girton College Cambridge, Yonge IV 2

Dear Mr Innes

If you look at the notice at p. 499 of the May no and 599 of the June you will see the fees as to questions fully explained. In fact I do not know what more there is to say about them.1

Bishop Jenner has carefully looked over the Prayer book Lessons and returned them to me and I am going over them with his criticisms. Half is quite ready if you want it for the printers.

I should much prefer having a sum at once- say £50 for the first thousand, and then a royalty on what afterwards sold

In the last number of the Packet ‘Early Recollections’ are by

Mrs Brougham
Castlehaven Rectory,
Castle Townsend
Co Cork

I think you have the others

yours sincerely
C M Yonge

The One Grief is by
Miss E Bussell
St James’ Parsonage
Dingwall

1These were fees for participating in the preparation for the English Literature part of the Cambridge Local Examination.
