I see by the property tax assessment that there are two places apparently occupied by John Price &; that there are 4 other houses put down to you & occupied by Ruddock Davis, Day & Light & a house occupied by Mrs Bishop, making 19 altogether considering Prices as 2 occupations. The names & the assessment are

1This letter survives reproduced faintly in a wetpress copy outletter book. What is evidently the original of this second page of the letter survives in the bundle Hampshire RO MS 67M92W/82/24. CMY perhaps returned it to him annotated and he used it further as an aide memoire.
