MS Ewelme Cottage, 11 Ayr St., Parnell, Auckland, N.Z. [footnote:1]]

Dear Madam
‘On Nebo’s lonely Mountain’ is by Mrs Alexander, wife of the Bishop of Derry, and author of Hymns for Little Children – It is one of a series of hymns on Scripture which were published separately.

I have often met with mentions of Mr Lush and his family in Bishop Patteson’s letters and always with great affection2

Yours truly
C M Yonge
